PAUL ADDISON (1943 -2020) was an Oxford-educated historian known for his research about British political history during and after the Second World War. He also assisted Winston Churchill’s son Randolph, alongside Martin Gilbert, preparing Churchill’s papers for the Official Biography.
PATRICIA SPEARS JONES is the author of five books of poetry: The Weather That Kills; Femme du Monde; Painkiller: Poems; Living in the Love Economy; and A Lucent Fire: New and Selected Poems. The co-editor for Ordinary Women: Poems of New York City Women, she was the winner of the Jackson Poetry Prize in 2017.
