A very good copy of this fascinating article which, at a fairly early date, attempts to analyze why, “by general consent, Mr. Churchill is of all living Englishmen the most eloquent.” The magazine is in very good condition, with some creases and edgewear, a small inked name on upper righthand corner of cover, and a touch of spine-fading, else fine.
