A marvelous fine press rendering of Chandler’s noir classic, illustrated with new photographs shot by legendary photographer Lou Stoumen in vintage 1940s black and white style. The book is bound in beveled plexiglass boards and spine, with silkscreened titles and decorations.
Produced in an edition of 425 unnumbered copies signed by Stoumen, this copy is in very good condition, with a slight front hinge break, else fine. The original prospectus is laid-in.
