Although Churchill discussed many important international problems with both President Truman and President-Elect Eisenhower during his visit to the U.S., his stay was “purely personal.” The Prime Minister planned to leave Jan. 9, for Jamaica in the British West Indies to join his family for a vacation.” The verso is ink-stamped: “World Wide Photo.” The photograph is in very good condition.
