Description

A civilian analyst of Naval Intelligence, Pollard was convicted of spying in 1985 after passing classified information about Syrian missile sites and the locations of PLO headquarters to the Israeli government. Sentenced to life imprisonment, and his wife sentenced to five years as an accessory, Pollard despite the fact that he never faced charges for treason, received an inordinately severe sentence according to the author who argues that his conviction is evidence of anti-semitism similar to that evidenced during the Dreyfus Affair. A very good copy, in dust jacket.
