This original cartoon from the British humor magazine Punch, dated, March 15, 1922, in very good condition. The caption reads:
Sir Arthur Balfour (with philosophic doubt) “Do you think it’s doing much good?” The Others. “Not much. But there’s plenty more oil where this comes from.”
