Written in German in 1932, translated and acquired by Harcourt Brace & Co. in 1934 (accounting for the printed 1934 pub date), the book was, in fact, published in 1941. The author was a German professor of military science who here lays out his blueprint for Germany conquering the world militarily (including the Untied States).
