A very good copy of this very scarce pamphlet, reprinted from The Times, Monday, March 22,1943. The paper has browned just a bit, with creases, and there is faint rusting near the staple, which is, in fact, missing. There are also some scattered, miniscule reddish stains along the rear page edge, else fine.
